The Meat Processing Livelihood Skills Training was held at the Banilad Center for Professional Development from August to December 2024, once a month every Saturday. This program equipped mothers from Cambinocot, Cebu City with practical skills in making squash siomai, chicken cordon bleu, pork cordon bleu, empanada, pork tocino, skinless longganisa, and homemade ham. Through hands-on training and guided instruction, participants learned proper techniques for preparing and preserving these meat products safely and efficiently. This initiative empowered the community by providing valuable livelihood skills that can help mothers start small businesses or earn additional income for their families.
