The Badjao women participated in a training enhancement on bread and pastry production from February to April 2024, conducted by the Banilad Center for Professional Development (BCPD). This program allowed them to develop their baking skills further, focusing on dough preparation, pastry decoration, and proper baking techniques. By actively applying their skills under the guidance of their trainer, the participants deepened their knowledge and built confidence in their abilities. The training improved their competencies and empowered them with greater opportunities for livelihood and self-sufficiency.
